Bread and Butter Creative were approached to pitch for the design of the Housing Trust's Annual Report.

The Trust were seeking an engaging design to convey key information clearly, with the areas of focus on ‘your home, your community, your money’.

As a result of the new design, we were informed that readership had increased by 30% more than the previous year, reflected in the larger amount of replies received.

The trust felt this was due to the emphasis put on the design and the way in which it demonstrated and clearly communicated how services are shaped by customers and local community.
